Shipping policy

Tickets are now digital. You will receive an email to download your tickets to your phone (iPhone users can add tickets to add to your Apple Wallet) or to print out to bring with you on the day.

If you are unable to print or download your tickets you can buy printed tickets from the Visit York Information Centre.
