Returns/Refunds

 

Tickets are refundable up until 3 months before the event (before 26th April 2026) subject to a £3 cancellation fee per ticket, and partially refundable until one month before, subject to our refund policy schedule (below). To request a refund you must contact us before the deadline stated above. If no response to your email in 48 hours please try gain or call the Visit York Information Centre on 01904 909 487 to ensure your email has reached us.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the event and wish to request a refund you must contact us in writing within 14 days of the event. Only serious complaints to do with gross misconduct, restriction of access, or similar issues, would allow us to consider a refund. No refunds for weather related issues, unless event is cancelled for safety reasons, in which case a refund will be automatically issued.
