Every year we make sure we have a selection of caterers at the event to ensure people are well catered for, whether they don't wish to bring their own picnic or they finish it all by 7pm and get peckish later on!

This year we are partnering with York Against Cancer to provide a picnic hamper to preorder. You can order picnics via the box office and collect them on the day.

The 2026 event day caterers will also be announced soon.
