A rousing picnic concert in the heart of historic York!
York is the kind of city that leaves a lasting impression on all her visitors because of the wealth of history, architecture and culture that the locals are lucky enough to live right on top of!
The York Proms returns to the Museum Gardens on Sunday 26th July 2026, with a great night of live entertainment featuring live orchestra, soloists, a stunning fireworks finale and local talent on our warm up stage.
In all, you can enjoy over 4-5 hours of soaking in the historic gardens, savouring your picnic or sampling our on site caterers, and listening to wonderful music.

Tickets can only be booked in advance - no admission on the gate!
Tickets go on public sale on 25 September 2025 with an early bird price that saves money, and a Fast Track option that is limited and always sells out quickly. The earlier you book, the more you save.
